Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges.

Shipping

Purchased items will be shipped within 2 business day of the order. Please allow up to 1 week from ship date for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week, please notify contact@motivatedmindset.com and provide us with your order number.  

Domestic (USA) - USPS Mail: All domestic orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority mail depending on the weight of your package. All domestic orders over $50 ship free.

Please Note* Motivated Mindset is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Please contact contact@motivatedmindset.com if you have any questions. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package this price is calculated by the retail cost. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Any merchandise purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. 

Please email us at contact@motivatedmindset.com if you would like to return your package. You must return your items to the address below within 7 days from the day you received your package. 

Please note: all sale items purchased through a discount code are FINAL SALE, not eligible for return or exchange

PO Boxes

Orders shipping to international PO Boxes will be sent via USPS first-class. Tracking numbers are available through USPS until international package leaves the United States. Once your package leaves the United States it is then in the hands of your local post office and will not have a tracking number.

Exchange Rates

All prices shown on the website are in U.S. dollars. If you need a conversion to your local currency, please refer to yahoo.finance.com or a similar website. Exchange rates change daily, and we are not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of currency fluctuation. Please note that your credit card processor may charge you a conversion rate fee.

Credit Card will not work at Checkout:
You can always use PayPal.  Sometimes credit cards will not work due to the customer moving to a new address that does not match up with old address where he or she had the bank or credit card.
